Shipping

Shipping is free on US orders. Every case is made to order for the exact phone model you choose and ships within 48 business hours to the address you enter at checkout. You'll get a confirmation email, and tracking where the carrier provides it. Delivery time after shipping depends on the carrier, so we don't promise specific delivery dates; for birthdays and holidays we recommend ordering early.

Sending a gift? Enter the recipient's name and address as the shipping address at checkout.

Returns

Returns are free within 30 days of delivery. Email support@tinyterrorclub.xyz with your order number and we'll send return instructions. If your case arrives defective, damaged or misprinted, or we sent the wrong model or design, include a photo and we'll replace it or refund it.

Privacy

We collect only what we need to fulfill your order — name, shipping address, email, and payment confirmation. Orders are placed by adults; we don't knowingly collect personal information from children. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we never see or store full card numbers. We don't sell your personal information. We use your contact details to send order updates and, only if you opt in, occasional product news. Gift reveal cards are built entirely in the link you share; we don't store the names or messages. Email us anytime to access or delete your data.

Terms

By placing an order you agree that the products are made to order for personal use. All artwork is the original work of Tiny Terror Club and is provided for use on the physical case you purchase; you may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute the designs. Prices and availability may change. These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
